Is your help really free?
Yes. Families do not pay Cardinal for senior living guidance. A participating community may pay us a referral fee after a privately paying resident moves in. We explain those relationships before introductions.
Where do you help families?
We focus on Erie and Niagara counties in Western New York. We can help adult children living elsewhere who are exploring options for someone in this area.
Will communities call me after I fill this out?
Our form sends your request to Cardinal. It does not distribute your details to a list of communities. We ask before making an introduction.
Do I need to know which type of care is right?
No. Start with what you know. We help organize questions; a qualified provider evaluates care needs and decides whether a community can meet them.
Can you help if we want to stay at home?
Homeward is our separate aging-at-home focus. Choose help at home in the intake so we can point you toward that conversation. Homeward services have their own scope and pricing.
Is Cardinal a medical provider?
No. Cardinal provides guidance and coordination, not medical care, legal advice, or emergency services. Call 911 for an emergency.
Can you guarantee a room or a price?
No. Communities confirm availability, pricing, support, and admission after their own review. Ask for a dated written quote.
What if we are outside Western New York?
We currently focus on Erie and Niagara counties. If the person you are helping lives here, you may contact us from anywhere. If the search is outside our area, our form offers an expansion-notification option.
Do I have to give you a phone number?
No. Email is enough. Phone is optional, and text messages require a separate choice.
What if we need an answer today?
Call Cardinal and keep working with the hospital or rehab team if discharge is approaching. Do not wait for a web-form reply for an urgent health or safety need.
