Our role
We provide educational information and help families organize senior living searches in Erie and Niagara counties, New York. We are not a residential care provider, emergency service, medical practice, law firm, insurer, or benefits eligibility agency. A website request does not create any of those relationships.
Your choices and provider decisions
You decide whether to speak with a provider, share information, sign an agreement, or move. Each community determines admission, available services, pricing, and contractual terms. We cannot guarantee availability, eligibility, care outcomes, or acceptance. Verify important information directly with the responsible provider.
Fees and financial relationships
Our senior living guidance is free to families. Participating communities may pay us a referral fee for eligible private-pay introductions that lead to a move-in. We explain relevant arrangements before introductions. We do not charge or accept referral fees for Medicaid-funded care. Housing and third-party services have their own costs. Using the website and forms
Provide accurate contact information and only information you are authorized to share. Do not submit medical records, financial account details, government identification numbers, or other sensitive documents through public forms. Do not misuse the site, interfere with its operation, impersonate others, or submit unlawful content.
Contact and messaging
Submitting a request permits us to respond about that request. Text messages require the separate optional consent choice. The messaging terms explain STOP, HELP, rates, and support. A form submission does not enroll you in marketing campaigns.
Educational content
Articles, checklists, and downloads are general educational materials. They are not personalized professional advice. Public program rules and community information can change. Consult an appropriate licensed or authorized professional for medical, legal, financial, or benefits decisions.
External services and links
Links to providers, public agencies, CarePair, and other services are for convenience. Their terms, availability, and privacy practices apply separately. Linking does not guarantee their performance or imply an agreement with Cardinal.

We make reasonable efforts to keep information useful, but the website may contain errors or interruptions. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the site and its educational materials are provided as available without a guarantee of uninterrupted service or a particular outcome. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or responsibilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Use of our materials
You may use our guides for your own family planning and share links to the site. Do not misrepresent Cardinal content as your own or imply endorsement. Third-party material remains subject to its owner’s rights. Contact us about broader reuse.

Please contact us if you believe information is inaccurate or a service expectation is unclear. We may update these terms prospectively; the effective date identifies the current website version. Separate written service agreements, if any, describe their own scope.
