1. Start with a short conversation
Tell us who you are helping, where you want to look, and your timing. Our website asks only basic planning questions. An advisor follows up to understand what matters to your family.
2. Build a useful comparison
We help organize possible communities, questions about support, and the costs to confirm. Availability, services, and prices must be verified with each community. An introduction is not a guarantee of acceptance.
3. Ask better questions on tours
We help plan introductions and tour questions. Ask who will support your family, what is included, and what would happen if needs change. You decide whom to meet and what to share.
4. Decide at your pace
Your family selects a community. The community completes its own assessment and agreement. We can help you keep track of next steps, but we do not make medical or admission decisions.
Before introductions, we explain whether Cardinal has a referral arrangement with the community. Read how we are paid.
